Our cake girl has just finished her day at the US ices conference. After 4 fun days we have loads of pictures and stories from the conference. Starting with this one the conference cake.This years theme was "Old West" made by Roland and Marsha Winbeckler. Roland was inspired to create several hand-sculpted fingers of the time all hand-formed from fodant and modelling chocoalte. The cake is topped with a hand-formed, life sized bald eagle covered with over 1,000 hand made fondant feathers.
